HostHuge.com has joined the EntirelyDigital group of companies.
Effectively November 12th, our combined resources have made an already great company even better!
While the immediate changes few, the long-term benefit to all our customers is real:
Improved support and customer service
- EntirelyDigital has a larger, dedicated staff to answer any inquiries that you may have. Over time, we will closely integrate our support staff to provide an increased level of customer service.
Same great hosting, same great pricing, slightly different name
- There will be no changes to your hosting services or pricing. Even your method of payment will not change at all. The only change will be that, the invoices and emails from us will now come from "EntirelyDigital" and your payment statements will also reflect the new name. Particularly, if you pay via credit card, your statement will show "ENTIRELYDIGITAL". If you pay by PayPal subscription, the old subscription will expire and you will be invited to create a new subscription. If you have any email filters or rules in place to handle emails from us, please update them as soon as possible to allow emails from the domain entirelydigital.com.
Expanded product offering
- Customers can now choose from a wider range of services, including Windows hosting, Microsoft Exchange hosting, Cloud Backup Services, VPS, Advanced Cloud Anti-spam/Anti-virus and much more.
Your existing login credentials with hosthuge.com will continue to work at entirelydigital.com including your cpanel and WHM logins.
We will keep you up to date as we go but let us know if there is something we can do in the meantime.
