EntirelyDigital has a larger, dedicated staff available 24/7 to answer any inquiries you may have. Over the next few months, we will closely integrate our support staff to provide an increased level of customer service.
Same Hosting, Same Pricing, Different Name
There will be no changes to your hosting services or pricing. The only change will be that invoices and emails will now come from "EntirelyDigital / OLM," and your payment statements will reflect the new name. Particularly, if you pay via credit card, your statement will show "ENTIRELYDIGITAL" Your preferred method of payment will not change unless you ask us to modify it, but please note that you now have expanded payment options for your services.
Expanded Product Offering
Customers can now choose from a wider range of services, including Offsite Cloud Backup Services, Virtual Private Servers (VPS), Dedicated Servers, Advanced Cloud Anti-spam/Anti-virus, and much more.
Continuity but Evolution
As we mentioned, any changes will be gradual and solely aimed at improving the services you receive. Soon, your account will be moved over to the new combined system, but you will find that our customer portal, with a slightly new look, works exactly the same way. Your account details, control panel login information, and credentials will all remain the same.
